Oregon reported 796 new coronavirus cases and 22 deaths Tuesday as Gov. Kate Brown said some businesses in the hardest-hit counties can now allow a very limited number of customers inside after previously mandating closures.
Among the minor changes, indoor buildings such as museums, gyms and movie theaters that have more than 500 square feet of space will be allowed to have up to six people at a time, up from zero. The new restrictions dont apply to restaurants.
